Yoga For Every Body is a program designed to meet the needs of all class participants. The program was created by Kathleen Margiotta, a traditionally trained yogini with 20+ years of teaching experience. Yoga For Every Body fosters strength, flexibility, and balance, as well as to promote a sense of well-being and accomplishment. Classes focus on the needs of the individual within a non-competitive group setting. This program is based on the Hatha Yoga tradition and incorporates Vinyasa flow poses and meditation. Classes are designed for adults at all fitness levels. Participants will provide their own yoga mat and blocks. Join us for ten weeks of yoga on Tuesday evenings beginning the week of January 3rd.
