2023 adult Spring CLASSES

All skill levels are welcome to our studio art class with local artist Jane Biron. Classes will be held on the third Tuesday of the month from January through April. Artists are encouraged to work at their own pace in this open studio style class. Instructor, Jane Biron, will demonstrate during each class for training and assistance. Paintings will be completed in watercolor and/or acrylics. Reference photos will be provided but please feel free to bring your own.

YOGA FOR EVERY BODY
Yoga For Every Body is a program designed to meet the needs of all class participants. The program was created by Kathleen Margiotta, a traditionally trained yogini with 20+ years of teaching experience. Yoga For Every Body fosters strength, flexibility, and balance, as well as to promote a sense of well-being and accomplishment. Classes focus on the needs of the individual within a non-competitive group setting. This program is based on the Hatha Yoga tradition and incorporates Vinyasa flow poses and meditation. Classes are designed for adults at all fitness levels. Participants will provide their own yoga mat and blocks.
